Where can I track my order status?
You can track your order through your account or by checking the emails from our system.
How long does it take for home delivery?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes 1-5 calendar days. The exact delivery time depends on the distance from our factory (S.C. and N.C.), weather conditions, and the courier's schedule.
What are the shipping fees?
We offer free shipping for orders over $55. Orders under $55 are charged a $6 shipping fee.
Which areas do you ship to?
DRYPER is available in the U.S.We only ship within the United States and do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Returns & Refunds
Can you confirm you have received my return?
We aim to process returns within 5-7 business days of receiving them. To know more details, please read our return and refund policy.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will process the refund as soon as possible. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 10 business days.

Who pays for return shipping fee?
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Why isn't the original shipping fee included in the refund?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.

What are the steps for diapering?
1. Unroll the diaper.
2. Place the diaper under your baby's waist.
3. Place the waistband in place.
4. Adjust the inner thigh leakproff edge.
How can I make sure I use DRYPER diapers correctly?
To minimize leaks, please ensure:
1. You have selected the correct size for your baby.
2. The leg cuffs are properly aligned and snug around the legs.
3. The diaper fits comfortably around the waist without being too tight.
How can I use the leak guard design properly?
When changing the diaper, ensure it fits snugly around your baby's body, especially at the leg edges. Proper fit helps your baby move freely while staying dry.
How often should I change my baby's diaper?
DRYPER diapers can absorb up to 600ml, but the ideal changing frequency depends on your baby’s urine output and activity level. We recommend monitoring your baby and changing the diaper promptly when needed to keep your baby dry throughout the day.
Can a thin diaper provide reliable protection? Does the thinness affect the size I should choose?
Although DRYPER diaper is ultra-thin, we use advanced Ultra-Dry Core™ Technology to ensure quick absorption. This design allows your baby to move freely and comfortably, reducing restraint. To ensure the best fit and maximum comfort, please select the right size so your little one can explore freely.
How do I know when to change the diaper?
When the Wetness Indicator at the bottom of the diaper changes from yellow to blue, it signals that the diaper has gone from dry to wet. Since urination amounts vary with age and activity, monitoring this indicator helps you change the diaper promptly, keeping your baby dry and reducing the risk of diaper rash.
