Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items are eligible for return or refund if they are unused, in their original packaging, and received within 15 days from the delivery date.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received.
Return Processing Time
We aim to process returns within 5-7 business days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and will arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 15 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs for exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that if you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
